PT. Bukit Asam Tbk is one of the mining companies in Indonesia, which is engaged in the mining and sale of coal commodities. Coal mining activities at PT Bukit Asam Tbk are designed in monthly mining sequences. The reality on the ground shows that there is a discrepancy between the actual situation on the ground and the mining plan. This study aims to determine the achievement of production based on mining plans and areas where mining discrepancies occur, the factors that cause them, as well as the consequences and efforts that can be made. Overcut, undercut, and overstripping calculations are performed using MineScape 5.7 by overlaying the mining sequence map and the actual mining realization at the end of the month, as well as analyzing using a contour value. The achievement of Pit 3 Timur Banko Tengah production in December 2022 based on the mining plan was 112.59% of 150,000 tons, namely 168,886.7 tons of coal, and 71.71% of 1,790,000 BCM, namely 1,283,767.93 BCM for overburden. So that the overcut results for coal and overburden are 1,912.57 tons and 17,488.34 BCM respectively, there are areas of undercut coal and overburden of 46,189.49 tons and 546,604.74 BCM respectively and overstripping for coal and overburden is 15,370 .75 tonnes and 185,137.84 BCM. The cause of non-achievement based on the mine plan design, is the effective working time of the overburden loading and unloading equipment is smaller than planned, and the actual productivity of the overburden loading and unloading equipment does not reach the planned target, while the cause of the discrepancy is the realization of the number and placement of the loading and unloading equipment fleet. with the plan, and lack of oversight of mining plan stakes. Efforts that can be made are rescheduling the effective working time of the overburden loading digger, taking water for sprinkling at the lowest sump point, applying bench slope stakes, increasing supervision of mining directions, operator performance and time discipline, and suitability of mining plan stake locations.
