ANALISIS MORFOMETRI TERHADAP PERUBAHAN ALUR SUNGAI LUK ULO KECAMATAN PEJAGOAN, KABUPATEN KEBUMEN, JAWA TENGAH
The Luk Ulo River is a river that runs along Karanggulung, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. The Luk Ulo River which cuts the north-south area of Karanggulung shows a meandering appearance. The parameters of the Luk Ulo river aim to analyze changes in the morphometric characteristics of the river. The measurement parameters observed were the length of the stream (s), the radius of curvature (r), the length of the axis (a), the length of the meander (l), the width of the river (w) and the sinuosity value (c) (Hooke, 2013). River analysis is carried out by dividing the river into 4 parts based on the shape of the pattern. River morphometry analysis was carried out by comparing rivers in 2019 and 1999 to analyze changes in river morphometry. The data obtained was obtained from Landsat 5 Sensor Thematic Mapper (TM) and Landsat 8 Operational Land Imager and Thermal Infrared Sensor (OLI/TIRS) images. The results of the analysis of the average sinuosity value of the river in 1999 and 2019 have decreased. The type of morphometric evolution of the Luk Olu river based on the sinuosity value is included in sinuous and meandering because the dominant sinuosity value is > 1. Based on the formation of the Luk Ulo river which has meanders and the development of the Luk Ulo river, it is classified as a mature – old river stage.
