This study aims to identify the extent of Radar Lampung TV's mediamorphosis process in maintalining its existence in the revolutionary era industry 4.0. This study uses the concept of mediamorphosis by Roger Fidler. This research is a kind of research descriptive qualitative data collection method with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the mediamorphosis process of Radar Lampung TV in maintaining its existence in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by going through various stages. The stages of coevolution have implemented radartvnews.com and radartv.co.id. In the convergence process, Radar Lampung TV produces two convergence peerless digital convergence and journalistic convergence. At the stage of complexity, conditions what emerges is the threat of dimming the existence of local television and the adoption of LED technology screen display the postponed. However, the complexity that emerged did not prevent Radar Lampung TV from transforming to maintain its existence in line with technological developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 era.
