ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan E-Government Melalui Penggunaan Website Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik Di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir”. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu masih adanya masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui mengenai sistem pelayanan daring serta jumlah masyarakat yang mengajukan pelayanan daring lebih sedikit daripada luring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan e-government melalui penggunaan website sudah maksimal atau belum dengan merujuk pada teori electronic e-government oleh Richardus Eko Indrajit yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah penerapan e-government sudah baik dilihat dari ketiga dimensinya, namun masih ada yang perlu ditingkatkan pada indikator sosialisasi, karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui mengenai pelayanan secara daring. Kata Kunci: Penerapan E-Government, Penggunaan Website, Pelayanan Publik, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Implementation of E-Government Through the Use of Websites in Efforts to Improve Public Services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency". The problem in this research is that there are still people who do not know about the online service system and the number of people who apply for online services is less than offline. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the implementation of e-government through the use of websites has been maximized or not by referring to the theory of electronic e-government by Richardus Eko Indrajit namely Support, Capacity, and Value. This research method is qualitative. The results of this research are the implementation of e-government has been good in terms of all three dimensions, but there is still something that needs to be improved on the socialization indicator, because there are still many people who do not know about online services..
