This research is entitled “Self-Concept and Self-Efficacy on Public Service Motivation at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Palembang City”. This study aims to determine the effect of self-concept and self-efficacy on public service motivation in employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Palembang City. The method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques namely questionnaires and observation. This study uses the theory of William Howard Fitts, Albert Bandura, James L Perry, and Lois Recascino Wise. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between self-concept on public service motivation, self-efficacy on public service motivation, then self-concept and self-efficacy simultaneously on public service motivation in employees at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Palembang City. This is evidenced from the results of the questionnaire regression test obtained.
