Background : Uterine fibroids (UFs) is a benign uterine tumor which can cause significant morbidity and require a proper treatment. fibroids can be surgically removed by laparotomy myomectomy and hysterectomy. Laparotomy is a surgery that causes severe pain intensity on postoperative patients. Nursing interventions that can be done to reduce postoperative pain are murottal Ar-Rahman therapy. Aim : This study was aimed to apply the nursing care process in post uterine fibroids surgery Method :This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach in uterine fibroids postoperative patients. Results : There were eight nursing problems in postoperative uterine myoma patients and the main nursing problem is pain. Non-pharmacological treatments that can be given to reduce pain are murottal therapy in surah Ar Rahman and the results showed that pain has decreased by 4-6 scales. Discussion Listening to Ar Rahman can increase spirituality because there are verses that are repeated explaining the favors Allah SWT gives. The repeated verses will send repeated messages so that subconscious instructions arise to stimulate one's beliefs and increase positive thoughts so as to reduce pain and murottal sounds stimulate the release of β- endorphins. Conclusion Murottal therapy is effective in reducing pain both subjective and objective symptoms experienced by patients.
