PENGARUH SIMULATION GAME DENGAN MEDIA FLASHCARD TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN TRIAD KRR PADA REMAJA
Adolescents aged 15-19 years account for 49% of Indonesia's population and this number will continue to increase every year. In 2021, there are approximately 44,316,200 middle adolescents in Indonesia. The large number of middle adolescents in Indonesia requires attention from all parties because this period is a period of transition and search for identity. This is also followed by the era of globalization and the spread of easily accessible information, which will have an impact on the Three Basic Threats of Adolescent Reproductive Health (TRIAD KRR). This study aims to determine the effect of simulation game with flashcard media on increasing knowledge of TRIAD KRR in adolescents. This type of research is quantitative pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design. The population in this study were adolescents of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. The sample of this study was 58 respondents taken by probability sampling using cluster sampling technique that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis in this study used paired t tests with a value of ɑ= 0.05. The test results on the knowledge variable obtained p value = 0.000 (p value < ɑ) which means that there is a significant effect of simulation game with flashcard media on increasing knowledge of TRIAD KRR in adolescents. The results showed that simulation game with flashcard media can significantly increase adolescents' knowledge about TRIAD KRR. The use of simulation game method with flashcard media can be one of the strategies used by teachers and school health workers (UKS) for socialization of TRIAD KRR so as to increase adolescent knowledge and prevent deviations regarding TRIAD KRR in adolescents.
