This research examines social media TikTok and student social life. The problem in this research is the development of social media with the average user being a student whose social life is related to the use of social media TikTok.This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of social mediaTikTokwith the social life of FISIP Sriwijaya University students. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis which is correlative. The sample in this study was 97 respondents, namely FISIP students class of 2019, 2020, 2021 users of social mediatiktok. The sample technique used ispurposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the use of social media TikTok with the social life of FISIP Sriwijaya University students. Shown by the results of the correlation test product moment rcount 0.704 > 0.195 then based on the value of the correlation coefficient it is included in the strong category with a positive relationship and a significance level of 99% so that t count > t table is 9.6 > 2.628.
