This study aims to find out how the readiness of broadcasting digitalization innovation at the Palembang TV PAL broadcasting station is seen from four factors, namely management, process, human resources, and technology. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive method with a verdict model approach. Data obtained from in-depth interviews with informants, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research in the field, it indicates that the first management factor in PAL TV has been carried out well in terms of good planning, directing, and supervision. Both PAL TV also felt a change that made it easier for PAL TV in the process and socialization about broadcasting digitization was also conveyed to those who needed it, namely human resources. Third PAL TV human resources have basic knowledge and a good level of perception of digital broadcasting. fourth availability of existing tools will also help PAL TV in terms of preparing itself for broadcasting digitization later. So overall, judging from the four existing factors, PAL TV is considered ready to implement digital broadcasting system innovations later.
