The Convention on the Rights of Migrant Workers and Member of their Families is an international regulation/regime that establises legal standards for the rights of migrant workers and member of their families, this convention was issued by the United Nations in 1990 with the aim of protecting migrant workers who are working in other countries. The issue talks about the assistance to troubled migrant worker and legal protection for migrant workers, employment social security and health insurance for migrant workers. Because of the problem that befall migrant workers, the author raises the issue of the rights of Indonesia migrant workers who have not been fully protected. This issue can be connected to Indonesia's compliance with the international Convention of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
