This study aims to identify, identify and analyze Collaborative Governance in Child Protection at the Women and Children Empowerment Office of South Sumatra Province. Minimizing cases of violence against children still needs to be maximized due to the increasing cases of child abuse in South Sumatra Province in 2020-2022, to achieve the continuity of the child protection process the most optimal way is to collaborate with government and private agencies (Collaborative Governance). The type of research conducted is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with this study using Ansell and Gash's (2008) Collaborative Governance theory consisting of 4 dimensions namely, initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaborative governance processes. The results of the study show that of the 4 dimensions of Ansell and Gash Collaborative Governance, the DPPA of South Sumatra Province only fulfills 2 dimensions, namely institutional design and facilitative leadership, while other dimensions need to be processed so that they are maximized such as (1) Initial conditions are enforced, clear regulations and policies are needed, (2) The need to make a broad offer regarding the results achieved.
