MODAL SOSIAL PENGURUS PESANTREN DI SMP – SMA AL-IHSAN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL CIMENCRANG, BANDUNG
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the social capital of pesantren administrators at Al-Ihsan Middle School - High School Islamic Boarding School Cimencrang, Bandung. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is about social capital. The results of this study are in the form of social capital of pesantren administrators at Al-Ihsan Middle School-High SchoolIslamic Boarding School Cimencrang consists of trust, cooperation, social norms, mutual help, and social networks. The form of trust is like the trust that administrators, foster children, and people around the school have about educating children. Social norms such as some rules exist both in schools and dormitories and also always uphold adab and akhlaqul karimah. There needs to be a network from outside the school and within the school such as working with various social institutions and networks owned by the administrators.
