The youth program that cares for a beautiful and clean environment (PEPELINGASIH) is one of the creative programs from the South Sumatra Provincial Youth and Sports Office which was present as a response to environmental pollution issues. This study uses management theory according to George R Terry. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to find out how the youth management program cares for a beautiful and clean environment (PEPELINGASIH) proposed in this study. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis that researchers use is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the youth management program cares for a beautiful and clean environment as the role of this youth cannot be carried out optimally. This is because the plans that have been set are not as expected in the process of implementation and supervision. The program is not widely known by the wider community, especially youth.
