EVALUASI PROGRAM PENYELENGGARAAN PELATIHAN DASAR (LATSAR) CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAERAH (BPSDMD) PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to evaluate the Policies of the Basic Training Program for Candidates for Civil Servants (Latsar CPNS) at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of South Sumatra Province at the level of reaction and learning. Evaluation was carried out using the Kirckpatrick model. The research was carried out at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD)of South Sumatra Province. The research informants were participants in basic training for prospective civil servants (Latsar CPNS) in 2021 and 2022. Data collection for each indicator used interviews and documentation techniques. The analysis technique uses Descriptive Analysis. Based on the results of the reaction rate evaluation, it was known that the participants stated that the training had been carried out effectively. Based on the results of the evaluation at the learning level, the participants stated that the training had been carried out effectively. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the basic training for prospective civil servants (Latsar CPNS) have been carried out effectively even though there are still obstacles.
