MAHASISWA DALAM MASA TRANSISI (REFLEKSIVITAS MAHASISWA FISIP UNSRI DALAM MENGHADAPI QUARTER LIFE CRISIS)
Quarter Life Crisis is a phase when someone who is in early adulthood feels directionless, worried, anxious and confused about his future. This phase is vulnerable to being experienced by final year students who are in a transition period from the world of education to the world of work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the reflexivity of FISIP Unsri students in facing the Quarter Life Crisis. This study used a descriptive descriptive research method with a purposive selection of informants. This study was analyzed using Ulrich Beck's Risk Society. The results of this study indicate that the Quarter Life Crisis which is at risk of being experienced by FISIP Unsri students is influenced by awareness about the future which causes feelings of anxiety, overthinking, feeling burdened and feeling left behind with other people. Then, the results of the study also show that to deal with future risks, FISIP Unsri students carry out reflexivity by increasing their skills and also participating in organizations, training or internships. Social class is also one of the supporting factors for student reflexivity but not the main one. The upper class and upper middle class have higher opportunities for reflexivity than the lower middle class and lower class because they have unlimited access.
