EVALUASI PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN PADA PENYELENGGARAAN DIKLAT KEPEMIMPINAN PENGAWAS DI BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to find out and identify the results of Supervisory Leadership Training at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of South Sumatra Province based on the 4-levels Kirkpatrick training model. The research was carried out at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of South Sumatra Province. Research informants are Alumni Participants in Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP). Data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed the success of the Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) as seen from the 4 levels of evaluation of the Kirkpatrick training model used. Level 1, participants are satisfied with the material provided, the method of delivery of the material, as well as the existing facilities and infrastructure. Level 2, participants experience an increase in attitude, knowledge and skills. Level 3, the trainees experience changes in behavior for the better. Level 4, Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) is able to produce and have a good impact on the institution where the participants work.
