Tthe title of this research is "Pertamina's CSR Strategy in the Management of the Semambu Island Village Development Program, Indralaya Utara District, Ogan Ilir Regency". The focus of this research is on Pertamina's CSR strategy in the village development program in Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. By using a SWOT analysis to see the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that arise. The existing research methodology uses descriptive with a phenomenological research strategy. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the SO strategy has (2) two strategies, the WO strategy has (2) two strategies, the ST strategy has (2) two strategies, and the WT strategy has (2) two strategies. And the dominant strategy that emerges is the SO (Strang Opportunity) strategy with the first strategy. The village government must play an active role in communicating existing regulations so that the village community understands and existing programs can run smoothly. Second, technological innovation must be maximized because with technological innovation there will be more added value, and budget maximization in program implementation is also very important so that technological transformation can run smoothly.
