Enforcement of State Civil Apparatus discipline at the Office of the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center in Palembang City. As a manifestation of the implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning the discipline of civil servants. The purpose of this study is to determine the Efforts to Enforcement of Work Discipline of State Civil Apparatus Employees in theAgricultural Technology Study Center in Palembang City. The method used in this study is a description with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study show that preventive discipline has not been maximized. This happens because some employees still arrive late or leave prematurely, there are also employees who still leave during working hours, and employees have not been able to complete their work on time. Corrective discipline has not been fully maximized because this is seen from some employees who are still not ready to accept sanctions if they take disciplinary action, and the head of Bptp has not been fair in giving decisions regarding sanctions for employees who violate. However, the notification of sanctions received at the Office of the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center is in accordance with government regulation No. 53 of 2010 regarding disciplinary punishments imposed on State Civil Apparatus who violate State Civil Apparatus disciplinary regulations.
