The aims of this study were (1) to describe the implementation of the CSR program in improving the welfare of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village (2) to analyze the income of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village, Sungai Menang District, Ogan Komering Ilir District before and after the establishment of PT. Telaga Hikmah (3) To analyze the level of welfare of oil palm farmers before and after the of the oil palm company PT. Telaga Wisdom in Sidomulyo Village, Sungai Menang District, Ogan Komering Ilir District. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo Village, Pedamaran Timur District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in November 2022. The research method used was the survey method and the random sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study are (1) PT. Telaga Hikmah has an effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village, this can be seen from the programs provided including assistance for religious facilities, compensation for orphans, providing school buses, construction of the Lightning Literacy Plus Middle School building, construction of damaged bridges, repair of the shaft road that destroyed, creating a climate village program, distributing oil palm and nut crops, implementing work quotas for the people of Sidomulyo Village, and establishing Bumdes. (2) The income of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village in 2019 (after the PT. Telaga Hikmah) increased by 17% from 2012 (before the PT. Telaga Hikmah). This can be seen in the results of equalizing the total income of oil palm smallholders in 2012 to 2019, which is IDR 156,478,969/year. Meanwhile, the average total income of oil palm farmers in 2019 was IDR 188,672,853. (3) The welfare level of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village in 2019 increased to a high level from 2012 which was at a moderate level.
