KEPENTINGAN INDONESIA MENJALIN KERJASAMA DENGAN KOREA SELATAN DI BIDANG E - GOVERNMENT
This study aims to describe Indonesia’s interest in establishing cooperation with South Korea in the field of E-Government. South Korea is a country that plays an important role in terms of technology, especially in the field of E-government. South Korea is considered to have the best level of e-government in the world according to a UN survey. From this, Indonesia has an interest in cooperating with South Korea under the auspices of the PANRB Ministry and MOHAGA for South Korea. This collaboration has been completed with Mou from 2015-2018 and then extended until now. This research is supported by using the KJ. Hostli concept, namely the National Interest. The research method used is a descriptive method where the findings cannot be carried out by statistical methods or other types of calculations. This research uses secondary data obtained from literature, such as books, journals, research, reports, documents, the internet, and news. The results of this study indicate that there are five interests, both directly and indirectly, namely economic interests, security interests, welfare interests, autonomy interests, and prestigious interests. The result of this interest that is most visible from the existence of this interest is the interest of autonomy, which is the form of cooperation that results from Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning SPBE.
