The title of this research is "Social Dynamics of Life of Swamp Farmers in the Implementation of the Save Swamp Farmers' Prosperity (Serasi) Program in Karang Baru Village, Dusun 5, Sumber Marga Telang District, Banyuasin Regency". This study examines the dynamics of the life of swamp farmers in the implementation of the synchronous program and also to determine the output generated from the synchronous program for the lives of farmers. This research is expected to be useful for the development of sociological knowledge and as reading material for readers to carry out research that may be similar regarding the lives of farmers in the implementation of the SERARI program. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the theory of Talcott Parsons putting forward the theory of Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, and AGIL Latency which can be related to activities directed at meeting the needs of a system. The results of this study show the form of results or outputs produced by the SERASI program on the lives of swamp farmers. Keywords: dynamics, farmer's life, SERASI Program, output from SERASI.
