INOVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK MELALUI APLIKASI LAYANAN ONLINE “AKU MANDIRI” DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
The research entitled "Public Service Innovation through the Online Service Application "Aku Mandiri" at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency" is motivated by the problem that there are still many people who do face-to-face compared to doing services online. This study aims to determine Public Service Innovation through the "Aku Mandiri" Online Service Application at the Ogan Ilir Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, documentation and interviews. In this study, the authors used the theory of innovation according to Rogers, in which there are five attributes of innovation to assess an innovation, namely Relative Advantage, Compability, Complexity, Triability and Observability. ). The results of the study show that Public Service Innovation through the "Aku Mandiri" Online Service Application at the Ogan Ilir Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is still not optimal, this is because there are still many people who still provide face-to-face services and also there are only a few services at Aku Mandiri. which can be used such as the management of Birth Certificates, Family Cards and Transfer Letters. The suggestions and recommendations in this study are to improve services on the Aku Mandiri Application so that all services can be accessed through Aku Mandiri and also to be more active in socializing by coming directly to villages in Ogan Ilir Regency.
