The Mina Padi program was one of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency in the integrated agricultural and fishery sector that aimed to empower the community. The community could provide a perception of the Mina Padi's CSR program through the innovation characteristic contained in the program, namely based on the relative advantages that could be obtained, complexity, compatibility with the local environment, and results and examples. The success or failure of this program was supported by the surrounding community through their perceptions of the program that had been implemented and the satisfaction that had been felt. This study aims (1) to measure community perceptions of the innovation characteristic of Mina Padi’s CSR Program in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency, (2) to measure the level of community satisfaction of Mina Padi’s CSR Program in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency, and (3) to analyze the correlation between perception and the level of community satisfaction in Mina Padi’s CSR Program in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency. The research was carried out in May 2023. The data collection method used a survey method by conducting interviews and questionnaires with members of the Bina Tani Berkah community group who received benefits from Mina Padi’s CSR Program, including as many as 30 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method for answering the first objective uses the Likert scale method, then to answer the second objective using the Likert scale method, and to answer the third objective using the Rank Spearman correlation test. The results of this study were (1) The perception of the community regarding the innovation characteristic of Mina Padi's CSR Program categorized as high and easily adopted by the surrounding community, (2) The level of community satisfaction with Mina Padi's CSR Program in Sungai Rebo Village was categorized as satisfied, and improved the welfare of the community, and (3) There is a significant relationship between perception and the level of community satisfaction with Mina Padi's CSR Program, with a strong correlation.
