ABSTRACT This study discusses the influence of the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) on the quality of building approval services (PBG) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses the theory of management information systems according to Mc. Leod namely accurate, timely, relevant, complete and service quality theory according to Parasuraman namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence. The background of this research is the change in permits from Building Construction Permits (IMB) to Building Construction Permits which are carried out through the Building Management Information System (SIMBG). The research method used is a quantitative method. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The result is a positive influence and a very strong correlation which shows an r-count value of 0.873, where this value is in the interval 0.80 – 1.000 which is included in the very strong or correlated category.
