Lubuklinggau City has a stunting rate of 19%, which is quite high. In fact, this city is an area that can be an example and is superior because access in this area is more affordable. This study aims to find out how the implementation of stunting prevention and control policies is carried out at the Lubuklingau City Health Office. This study uses the theory of policy implementation Van Metter Van Horn. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The research findings show that the implementation of the stunting prevention and control policy at the Lubuklinggau City Health Office according to Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, from the aspect of size and policy objectives, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes and tendencies of implementers and implementing organizational communication has been implemented. However, what is still an obstacle is the aspect of inadequate resources and the unsupportive economic, social and political environment of the surrounding community because they still lack understanding and awareness of this program. Therefore, the implementation of this policy has not been evenly distributed, it is still focused on the highest locus of stunting. This research recommends to the government to increase the quantity of human resources for puskesmas staff and field extension workers. In addition, the Health Service should pay attention to the conditions of the program's target communities, both economically and socially. Keyword: Stunting. Implementation, Policy
