PENGARUH PENGAPLIKASIAN POSISI SEMI FOWLER TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR ANAK DENGAN DECOMPENSASI CORDIS
SMA Negeri Muara Lakitan is one of the educational institutions in Muara Lakitan District, Musi Rawas Regency. In the current face-to-face learning process, many student scores do not understand the material taught by the teacher and make student scores decrease. When teaching and learning activities take place, some students also carry out activities outside the context of learning. When students do not have motivation to learn, this is where the role of the teacher is to provide motivation to their students, one of which is with persuasive communication techniques. Through qualitative research methods, this study aims to see the implementation of persuasive communication carried out by SMA Negeri Muara Lakitan as an education institution in Muara Lakitan District, Musi Rawas Regency in increasing student learning motivation. This study uses Soemirat and Suryana’s persuasive communication theory, (Soemirat & Suryana, 2019). Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through in depth interviews, field observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that during the implementation of persuasive communication in increasing student learning motivation, persuaders, namely teachers, have not maximally applied the five dimensions of persuasive channels from Soemirat and Suryana’s persuasive communication theory, which includes the dimensions of persuaders, messages, persuasive channels, persuadee, and effects.
