This recarch aims to analyne the dffevences in the framing of criminal news betwen Kompas.com and Kumparan.com media. The research mothed in this study is a qualitative approach by asing Agenda Setting as a theory, and making the Thangdang Pan and M. Kosicki analysis method as an analysis knife. The results showed diferences in ayniar, script, thematic, and rhetorical structures between the two media. Kompas com tereds to we a formal writing style-depth analysis, ond focss on complete information, while Kumpuran com ases a caraal, varied writing style, and facus on relevant core information These differences affect word choice script approach, thematic emphasis, and rhetorical style in framing crime news Keywords : Framing Analysis.
