If preeclampsia does not treated immediately, it would develop into eclampsia which is at risk of maternal death. The lack of knowledge about preeclampsia can cause the pregnant women do not have the basis for making decisions and taking action on the problems they face. Providing information about preeclampsia in an effort to prevent preeclampsia can be conducted with health education delivered by means of the media. This research aims at knowing the differences in the knowledge of pregnant women who receive health education about preeclampsia with application and leaflet. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental design with two groups pre-test and post-test. The samples are 36 pregnant mothers who are at risk of preeclampsia at Pemulutan Health Center. The results of data analysis using the paired t test obtained t count -5.024 < t table -2.110 with a p value of 0.000
