ANALISIS UPAYA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (BKPSDM) DALAM PENEGAKAN DISIPLIN KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to find out and analyze the efforts of the BKPSDM in enforcing ASN work discipline in Ogan Ilir Regency. The background of this research is the high level of violations of ASN work discipline in Ogan Ilir Regency. The theory used by researchers is the theory of types of enforcement of work discipline according to Anwar Mangkunegara, seen in two dimensions, namely preventive discipline and corrective discipline. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection process includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that ASN preventive discipline in Ogan Ilir Regency has not fully run optimally because the BKPSDM preventive disciplinary process specifically has not carried out ASN discipline training. BKPSDM corrective discipline can be said to have been optimal because in the corrective disciplinary process, the types of sanctions decided are fair based on the applicable provisions. There are obstacles and supporters of BKPSDM in efforts to enforce ASN work discipline, namely self�awareness and work motivation as inhibiting factors for upholding discipline. Then, strict rules, the availability of special discipline budget resources, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the existing supervisory system are supporting factors for the BKPSDM so that the implementation of the enforcement of work discipline for ASN in Ogan Ilir Regency runs optimally.
