IMPLEMENTASI KONVENSI HAK ANAK INTERNASIONAL DALAM MELINDUNGI ANAK JALANAN DI KOTA PALEMBANG PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID – 19
Human rights for children are rights that they are born with and that every state has an obligation to fulfill. The issue of child protection has become an international issue today. The problem of children being told to work on the streets, homelessness and children becoming beggars still occurs in many developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. The presence of an international treaty in the form of a convention called Convention on the Right of the Child is a form of concern, protection and fulfillment of children's human rights. Palembang City is one of the cities in South Sumatra Indonesia that has participated in implementing the CRC in protecting the rights of street children through Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning the Development of Street Children, vagrants and beggars and Mayor Regulation Number 17 of 2014 concerning Procedures for Outreach and Development of street children, vagrants and beggars. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through the concept of international regimes. In the implementation of the international regime, there are three indicators consisting of output, outcome and impact. Through the use of these concepts, the answers to this research are obtained. Keywords: Street Children, CRC, Indonesia, Qualitative, Palembang
