Brawl is juvenile delinquency which is still a topic of debate in society today. This brawl takes place every year during the holy month of Ramadan. The purpose of this research is to find out the motives and meanings of teenagers carrying out brawls during the holy month of Ramadan. This study uses the theory of Phenomenology from Alfred Schutz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological research strategy. The data collection used in this study was a non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with 15 (fifteen) informants, and documentation in the form of photos with several informants. The results of this study indicate that teenagers carry out brawls against the background of the motives and experiences they gain to produce meaning. The Motives are divided into two and named cause motive and order to motive. The causative motive is revenge, lack of parental attention, and peer influence. Then the goal motives are wanting to get recognition, seek protection, and get lost. While the meaning of brawls for teenagers considered brawls in the holy month of Ramadan to have become a tradition that lasts from year to year and they must follow.
