This study aims to determine the Collaborative Governance process in dealing with drugs in Palembang City. Drug abuse and distribution in Palembang City is showing very worrying symptoms seen from the increasing number of rehabilitation patients. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The theory used is the collaborative governance process model from Ansell and Gash (2007). Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study show, 1) face-to-face dialogue between stakeholders is regularly held, 2) builds trust by communicating and being responsible for tasks, 3) commitment to the process with the aim of understanding the role of the organization, 4) mutual understanding by carrying out prevention activities, coordination and rehabilitation activities, 5) temporary results are good enough such as gaining public trust so that activities can run. The results of this study indicate that the process of collaborative governance in dealing with drugs in the city of Palembang has been quite optimal among stakeholders, but the private sector has not been fully involved.
