Raft Foundation may often cause excessiye settlements although its bearing capacity still have adequate factor of safety. Combination between raft foundation and pile foundation are called as pile-raft system may considered as an alternative solution for the problem. Together with technology advanced, settlements can be calculated with Software besides with manual calculation. Therefore, Plaxis version 8.x Software will be used to calculate the settlement that will be happened at pile raft system. Besides that, the result of plaxis calculation will be compared with manual calculation with Poulos Method’s. Calculation with Plaxis and manual calculation with Poulos Method’s indicate different result. It causes Poulos Method’s and Plaxis Software has advantages and disadvantages.
