In recent years, Jakarta has had problems with mental health disorders. With the high and importance of mental health problems in Jakarta, Public Health and Nutrition PPN/Bappenas itself targets to improve mental health. However, the fact is that the problem of handling mental health in Indonesia is still limited, both in terms of facilities and experts such as psychiatrists, specialist doctors and also psychiatric care. Thus, architecture as a mental health center becomes an important mediator that presents facilities that can indirectly solve problems related to the situation of mental health facilities and the mental health conditions of the people of Jakarta City in the scope of first aid, namely healing with professional therapy. The concept of site design prioritizes a positive influence on the psychology of users, especially patients, by applying several references from the Handbook of Environmental Psychology. The concept of architectural design in buildings prioritizes the positive influence of architecture or buildings on the psychology of building users, especially patients. According to the Handbook of Environmental Psychology, there are several main points in designing mental health facilities. These points are in the form of Privacy, Surrounding, Interior, and Circulation which are applied from the site to the building.
