PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment variables on Employee Work Motivation at the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and a sample of 40 ASN employees to be used as respondents in this study. The data analysis method in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Transformational Leadership variable (X1) partially gets a significance value of 0.300> 0.05 which is stated to have no positive and significant effect on the Employee Work Motivation variable (Y). In the Organizational Culture variable (X2) partially getting a significance value of 0.049> 0.05, it is stated that it has a positive but insignificant effect on the Employee Work Motivation variable (Y) and the Organizational Commitment variable (X3) partially getting a significance value of 0.002
