PENGGUNAAN INSTAGRAM @pertamina_ru3 SEBAGAI SARANA DALAM MEMBANGUN BRAND IMAGE PT KILANG PERTAMINA INTERNASIONAL RU III PLAJU
This study aims to determine the use of Instagram @pertamina_ru3 as a means of building the brand image of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study obtained the results that the use of Instagram was quite effective as a medium in building a brand image of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju by planning and managing content plans, making it easier for the public to receive information on using Instagram features. Even though it can still be affected by matters that cause controversy, the company PT Pertamina RU III Plaju is trying to improve the quality and work program. Communication Relations & CSR parties are trying to be innovative and creative so they can survive with other competitors in using Instagram as a means of building the company's brand image.
