PERENCANAAN STRATEGI KEGIATAN PROMOSI PENANAMAN MODAL DALAM DAN LUAR NEGERI DI BIDANG PROMOSI PADA DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This research is entitled "Strategic Planning for Domestic and Foreign Investment Promotion Activities in the Field of Promotion at the Investment Service and One-Stop Services of South Sumatra Province" the purpose of this research is to determine the strategic planning of investment promotion activities at home and abroad at the Investment Service. Capital and One-Stop Integrated Services for South Sumatra Province. The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses Robson's strategic planning theory which consists of two dimensions, namely strategy analysis and strategy implementation. The results of this study indicate that while carrying out promotional activities this is in accordance with what is to be achieved, but there are still errors in the strategy of conveying this activity, so that for the dimension of strategy analysis there are still deficiencies.
