All humans have the same rights and equality, including the right to be creative, socialize and develop talents.This creativity and play center is here to meet the needs of children and teenagers with visual impairments in developing their talents and abilities so that they can be on par with normal people and not be looked down upon. In addition to a place to develop talent, this place will also provide a play area for blind children. This building is designed based on the character of its users, namely the blind. The blind cannot see, they tend to use senses other than sight as a tool for them to move independently, therefore the building will apply the concept by prioritizing the function of the senses other than sight. All design decisions are based on the convenience and comfort of the visually impaired, starting from the selection of shapes that are made dynamically and also using a linear spatial arrangement pattern to make it easier for the blind, the use of different materials in each type of room as an ease for the blind to recognize space, arrangement of space and simple furniture, to the selection of types of creativity and games that are safe for visually impaired.
