This thesis is a scientific study that discusses the Leadership Capabilities of Women's Village Heads in Kaliwungu Village, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency. In carrying out governance in the village area, the main concern is the leadership of a village head in carrying out development and service to the community, because it is seen that the role of a village head is very important, a leader must have the ability so that the duties and powers he carries are able to be carried out properly and correctly. Village leaders, village representatives, and village communities served as research informants. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of research methodology used in this study. According to the order of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 84 of 2015 article 6 paragraph (2), the study's findings demonstrate that the leadership qualities of the female village head are good, including technical abilitys in performing their primary responsibilities and activities. The female village chief of Kaliwungu Village has made advantage of her capacity to converse in two directions through her social skills. Due to her conceptual abilities, the female village chief takes her time while making decisions and weighs a variety of factors.
