Background: Sectio caesarea is a method of delivering a fetus through surgery and insision in the uterine wall and abdominal wall. Sectio caesarea can cause complex problems, both physically, psychologically and socially have an impact on the lack of stimulation of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin so that it inhibits breast milk production and causes breast milk to not drip. Nursing interventions that can be carried out to improve the smoothness of breastfeeding in post sectio caesarea patients is Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Stimulation Massage (SPEOS) method. Purpose: Provide nursing care to post sectio caesarea patients by applying the Endorphin, Oxytocin and Suggestive Stimulation Massage (SPEOS) method. Method: This study used a qualitative research with a case study approach in 3 post sectio caesarea patients. Discussion: The SPEOS method can improve the smooth excresion of breast milk so that the patient's breastfeeding status improves because there is increased stimulation of the brain to increase the production of endorphins, prolactin, and oxytocin hormones. The SPEOS method works synergistically to reduce fatigue, anxiety, and postpartum pain, then can stimulate a relaxing effect that facilitates the release of breast milk in post sectio caesarea patients. Conclusion: The SPEOS method is effective in increasing milk production in post sectio caesarea patients.
