INOVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK BERBASIS APLIKASI (SIDEMANG) DI KELURAHAN 15 ULU PALEMBANG
This research is motivated by the ignorance of the community in the 15 ulu sub-district of Palembang regarding public service innovations based on the sidemang application in the village and there are obstacles when using the sidemang application. This study aims to find out how the sidemang application is implemented and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the sidemang application. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses e-government service quality proposed by Papadomichelaki & Mentzaz which has 6 dimensions. The results of the research on the implementation of the sidemang application have not been carried out properly, because the people in sub-district 15 Ulu Palembang do not know the sidemang application and how to use the application, especially the elderly in the dimension of ease of use the sidemang application is easy to use, the content dimension and information display has a simple appearance, the dimension of ease of use runs properly and can be accessed by all smartphones. the community support dimension is in accordance with what the community expects to provide whatsapp-based communication features, the dimensions of trust and security in the sidemang application are good by making 5 community data security policies and the support community dimension has gone well by providing filling in the registration form.
