PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP TINGKAT DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI LLDIKTI WILAYAH II KOTA PALEMBANG
Organizational communication is the main activity carried out in an organization. Communication can not only provide an increase in productivity when completing functional tasks, but also improve the quality of harmonious relationships between colleagues in the form of fulfilling ethical obligations. Just like LLDikti Region II Palembang City which uses an organizational communication stem in interacting and coordinating with employees in order to improve Employe Work Discipline. The research theory used by the researcher is the theory of Kriyantoo which consists of 6 indicators, namely communication climate, organizational satisfaction, information dissemination, information load, information accuracy, and organizational culture for variable X and uses 4 dimensions namely Discipline Against Regulations. Time Discipline. Discipline of Duties and Responsibilities, Accepting Sanctions for Violating Regulations for variable Y. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the subject of this research is LLDikti Region II employees of Palembang City Collecting data using the method of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. In data analysis using Fanofa one sample with the calculation results obtained the number Fo < Futy = (2.66 < 4.04) then H, is accepted and H, is rejected and in the calculation reaches 80.6% the level of work discipline of LLDikti employees in the city of Palembang is affected by organizational communication and the remaining 19.4% of the work discipline of LLDikti Region II employees of Palembang City is influenced by other factors.
