Breast milk is a dynamic substance with a composition that constantly changes to meet nutritional needs and contains active immunological components that provide protection against the outer spectrum of bacterial, viral, and protozoic infections. The method used was qualitative research with a case study approach on 3 post-section mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems. There are five nursing problems enforced in post-section mothers with the main problem of ineffective breastfeeding. The intervention given in the form of breast treatment and oxytocin massage was carried out morning and evening for 30 minutes, for three consecutive days, the three patients felt comfortable after the action from no milk coming out to starting to have drops of milk coming out while in one of the patients no milk came out. Evaluation of nursing problems of breastfeeding was not effective by applying breast treatment and oxosine massage for 3 days, it was found that in two patients, breast milk was out and the patient felt comfortable. While in one of the patients, even though breast treatment and oxytocin massage have been done, breast milk still does not come out, but can provide comfort to the patient himself. Breast area massage can stimulate the breast muscles to secrete milk, especially if done regularly. Oxytocin massage and breast care can affect the hormone oxytocin to secrete breast milk.
