This study aims to determine and describe the level of community participation in the ERCC empowerment program of PT Pertamina International Refinery Unit III. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis which has a single variable. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents, namely people who live in RT 27, Talang Putri Village, Plaju. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that the level of community participation in the ERCC empowerment program was high. Indicated by the results of the one sample t-test of 0.000 ttabel which is 68.371>1.68.
