This research is related to the JHT disbursement events for Employment BPJS. The latest Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 2 of 2022 concerning procedures and requirements for paying old age security benefits explains that JHT funds can be disbursed if you are 56 years of age or retirement age. This rule creates various polemics in society, especially for workers. This study aims to discuss how the online news portal Kompas.com frames news about the JHT BPJS Employment disbursement problem through framing analysis by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This theory consists of four structures namely Syntax, Script, Thematic, and Rhetorical. The object of this research is to collect news related to the issue of BPJS Employment JHT disbursement published in the period 12-22 February 2022. The results of the study show that the framing that is raised by the online news portal Kompas.com in reporting on the issue of BPJS Employment JHT disbursement is described as a policy that less precise.
