PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBEKUAN AKSI CEPAT TANGGAP (ACT) KOTA PALEMBANG
This study examines public perceptions of the freezing of rapid rexponse action (ACT) Palembang City. The problems studied in this stuly are the public perception of the freeze of Aksi Cepat Tanggap and factors that influence public perception of the freeze of Aksi Cepat Tanggap. The purpose of this study is to look at public perceptions and describe the factors that influence public perceptions of the freezing of Aksi Cepat Tunggap. The research method ured is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological research strategies. This study uses the theory of perception from Rahmat (2015), the process scheme of perception occurrence from Harisah & Masiming (2008), and factors that can influence public perception from Robbins (2001). The results of this study are: (1) The majority of people do not agree with the suspension of ACT because the problem is only a few people, not all ACT employee and volunteers involved. Meanwhile, people who agree and accept the steps taken y the government think that this can be a lesson for the next manager, both for themselves who hope to still run and other philanthropic institutions. (2) Factors that influence public perception come from perpetrators of perception, namely themselves, targets, or objects, namely public knowledge about objects and situations, namely facts that occur and the results of studies discussions.
