Background: Premature Rupture of Membrane (PROM) is one of the indications for Sectio Caesarea which can cause discomfort in the form of pain, so action is needed to overcome this problem. Actions that can be done by nurses in the form of collaborative administration of analgesics combined with complementary therapy, one of which is Benson's Relaxation. Aim: This study was aimed to apply nursing care process in Post Sectio Caesarea patients with indications of premature rupture of membranes. Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to 3 Post Sectio Caesarea patients with indications of premature rupture of membranes. Results: There were seven nursing problems in Post Sectio Caesarea patients and the main problem is acute pain. In this case study complementary intervention that can be given to reduce pain are Benson relaxation for 15 minutes and the results showed that pain intensity has decreased by 2-5 scales. Discussion: Doing Benson Relaxation can reduce the intensity of pain because spiritual sentences that are continuously repeated while holding your breath can make the body feel calmer and divert a person's focus on pain and affect the cerebral cortex in enhancing the process of endogenous analgesia which can reduce a person's perception of pain. Conclusion: Benson relaxation is effective in reducing pain experienced by Post Sectio Caesarea patients.
