This study aims describe and analyze the process of collaborative governance in the provision of green open spaces in Palembang City. Environmental issues are issues with the most goals in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the government's efforts protect the environment is to provide green open spaces. Palembang City has 10.63% green open space from the 30% proportion of green open space that has been mandated. Department of Public Housing, Settlements and Land Areas Palembang responsible for providing green open spaces collaborate with related parties such as the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, the Environment and City Sanitation Service and the Regional Development Planning Agency, Research and Development. PT Jasa Raharja and Bank Sumsel Babel as private parties and Indonesian Environmental Vehicle as community representatives. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation which will then be processed using NVIVO software The results of the study show that collaborative governance in the provision of green open spaces in Palembang City has been going quite well. The mobilization of shared principles, shared motivation, and capacity to carry out joint actions has been implemented, but there are still a number of indicators that have not been fulfilled from the three variables such as the absence of structured leadership, the absence of a collaboration structure and the absence of global meetings attended by the government, the private sector and society. The recommendations given are that the government needs to hold joint meetings involving privat and society parties, it requires the establishment of a structured collaboration and leadership structure, ongoing collaboration with the private sector and the creation of an extension program related to green open spaces for the society.
