The Public Service Innovation Competition Progam (KIPP) is a national program created by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPan-RB) which is an innovation competition program in the field of public services. This program is intended to be followed by public service units to helps accelerate the improvement of the quality of public service in Indonesia. Implementation of this program requires maximum coordination between related units. Or agencies. This study aims to identify and analyze the coordination of the Public Service InnovationCompetition program at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This Study uses elaboration theory Forms of Coordination, Coordination Mechanisms, and Supporting Factors of Coordination. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data needed in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out bye interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the coordination carried out bye the Organizational Bureau in the Public Service Innovation Competition Program in South Sumatra has not been carried out optimally because it is still constrained by vertical coordination and procedural regulations in the coordination mechanism.
