ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA ANGKUTAN KOTA FEEDER LRT MUSI EMAS TRAYEK TALANG BURUK - TALANG KELAPA DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Transportation is needed to support various community activities in the city of Palembang. One of the modes of public transportation in the city of Palembang is conventional city transportation, which does not yet have a regular operational system. To overcome this problem, the government provides feeder LRT city transportation with a "Buy The Service" scheme to meet the needs of the community. This study aims to measure the satisfaction of feeder LRT Corridor I users using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method, based on the five dimensions of service quality: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. The results of this study are the factors that influence feeder LRT user satisfaction. The analysis, based on the results of a survey of 400 respondents, shows that the factors that significantly influence LRT feeder user satisfaction are: operational hours according to user needs by 92%, officers responding to questions, complaints, and passenger problems by 91%, staff manners when providing services by 91%, the driver's ability to operate the vehicle by 90%, and officers always appearing neat and clean by 89%. The results of the study explain that LRT feeder user satisfaction was significant at 88%, meaning that the model could explain the factors influencing satisfaction by 88%.
